口语流利，发音准确，老师们的每一个单词，每一个句子都清晰地道，语音语调到位，地道的英语才能保证孩子们学到正确的知识。对我印象最深的xx学校的蔡老师，蔡老师上课发音清晰，口语流利，语音语调地道，特别是上课富有激情，每一个手势、每一个眼神，都深深抓住了学生的心。
善于利用多媒体等多种手段辅助教学，使学生接触到的知识更立体、更直观、更生动。教师们利用视频、音乐、卡片等使学生的目光一直被吸引住，特别是老师们制作的'课件内容丰富、精彩，这也体现出在现代的教学中对老师提出的要求，熟练掌握多媒体设备的应用。对我印象最深的是河北保定的张伟红老师，张老师对多媒体的应用十分熟练，特别是自己精心制作的小视频，为此节课增色不少，可见做一名合格的教师，不仅要有过硬的专业知识，还要熟练运用现在的多媒体辅助手段。
二、教师们别具一格的教学设计
每一位教师的教学设计都新颖独特，增强了学生的学习兴趣，拓宽了学生的视野，再加上精美的课件，每一节课都给人赏心悦目的感觉。最让我欣赏的是老师们的拓展，从本节课的内容拓展到以后的学习乃至人生，不仅让学生学到了知识，还教会了学生做人做事的道理，真可谓是意味深长。
三、调动学生的积极性，让学生成为课堂的.主人
通过听课，我发现每位教师充分调动了学生的积极性，通过各种各样特色鲜明的活动，学生在活动中学习，在玩中学习。不仅参与性高，而且质量高。比如长沙的许世群老师，通过让学生表演课本剧，充分感受领略西方的节日――――万圣节，拉近了学生与异国文化的距离；新疆的李老师，通过让学生角色扮演，让学生身临其境的感受文本的内容，这些老师真正做到了让学生成为课堂的主人。
总之，通过这次的学习，收获颇丰，在以后自己的教学中，多吸收，多借鉴他人的优点，不断提高自己的教学水平。

第二、新闻稿是对传统论说文大趋势的纠偏
鉴于近些年传统议论文已成八股之势，结构雷同，内容空洞，表达刻板，这与20xx年新出来的考纲的.宗旨背道而驰，违背了现有的大学英语教学初衷，所以后来出现了应用型的书信和广告。而新闻稿，同书信体不同，有着比较强的时效性，需要交代事件发生的六要素（人物、动作、地点、起因、经过和结尾）。这其实要求学生关注新闻体裁的写作、关注时事新闻。
第三、四级写作的实用化与社会化
传统的写作训练迫于应试压力，变成了模板式的封闭训练。一方面脱离了生活实际，扼杀了学生的个性化，终使学生丧失了写作兴趣。当这些当代大学生走出校园，面向实用英语写作时，就会发现大学英语教育留给他们的只不过是个别的几个句子。因此，实用类文体的规模化可以迫使大学写作教育重新定位，从应试走向能力训练，真正意义上提学生的写作能力！
