On the night of March 1, the 76th Annual Academy Awards was shown ontelevision. After watching it, I had a dream, a sudden wish, that some day, Icould receive an Oscar award, or a nomination, for a movie I've made. While I was schooling in Australia, my friends from school andI received an assignment one day, "To make a ten to twenty minute movie on the topic of yourchoice."
At the time, the trend was based around the popular Matrix movietrilogy, so that became our obvious choice. Because our schedule was very tight, and it was a first time experience, wefound it all very hard work, but when we released our production at school, itwas worth it. After my friends and I showed the movie, we could not get from oneend of the school to the other without getting congratulated about five or sixtimes. We, especially I, were proud. We made a school-wide sensation. From then on, I became obsessed with how to make movies and how filming isdone.
I just wanted to know about everyone and everything that has something todo with movies. I would watch a movie four to five times, just to find out howone camera angle, or special effect was produced. I found everything I watched quite amazing. Isometimes admired directors and producers of these films because the techniquesthey use are so smart.
Their cleverness inspired me to make and act inmovies. When I become little bit older, I would like to attend a movie academy inBeijing or Shanghai, then America, or England, after some training andexperience, I would like to make a movie, which will most likely be an actionmovie, which is my favorite kind of movie to watch.. If I am lucky, I hope Iwould get an Oscar Award for this movie. I think that would be quite achallenge, but it’s not impossible. For now, it’s back to watching movies overand over again for me!

Today is an excellent day for small improvements. Whatever is working foryou, find a way to improve it just a little. There’s no need to make a hugechange, just a small one, something you can do right now. If you called just one additional customer each day, over the course of thenext month you would talk to about 20 new people. If you learned just one morenew word each day, in the next year you would increase your vocabulary by morethan 300 words. Small improvements can add up over time into big accomplishments. Lookaround you. Consider the work you do each day.
Think about how you could do itjust a little bit better. In a marathon race, each step the winner takes is just a little bit longerand a little bit faster than each stride taken by the 100th place finisher. Yetover the course of the race, that small difference adds up in a big way. Do just a little bit more today, and tomorrow too, and each day after that.Anyone can make just a small improvement, and that can make a big, bigdifference.

Youth is not a time of life, it is a state of mind ; it is not rosy cheeks, red lips and supple knees, it is a matter of the emotions : it is thefreshness ; it is the freshness of the deep springs of life . Youth means a temperamental predominance of courage over timidity of theappetite , for adventure over the love of ease.
This often exists in a man of 60more than a boy of 20 . Nobody grows old merely by a number of years . We growold by deserting our ideals. Years wrinkle the skin , but to give up enthusiasm wrinkles the soul .
Worry , fear , self –distrust bows the heart and turns the spirit back to dust. Whether 60 of 16 , there is in every human being ‘s heart the lure ofwonders, the unfailing childlike appetite of what’s next and the joy of the gameof living . In the center of your heart and my heart there’s a wireless station: so long as it receives messages of beauty , hope ,cheer, courage and powerfrom men and from the infinite, so long as you are young .
When the aerials are down , and your spirit is covered with snows ofcynicism and the ice of pessimism, then you are grown old ,even at 20 , but aslong as your aerials are up ,to catch waves of optimism , there is hope you maydie young at 80.
Thank you!

I am grateful for the opportunity to deliver my speech here after 7-days’preparation with my friend Jinly. Thanks to Jinly’s strong support in our work.I think it is my way of saying thank you to you that giving an excellentpresentation to all my friends here. The subject of our presentation is “YOUR DREAM they representpossibility even when we are dragged down by reality. They keep us going. Mostsuccessful people are dreamers as well as ordinary people who are not afraid tothink big and dare to be great. When we were little kids, we all dreamed ofdoing something big and splashy, something significant.
Now what we need to dois to maintain them, refresh them and turn them into reality. However, thetoughest part is that we often have no ideas how to translate these dreams intoactions. Well, just start with concrete objectives and stick to it. Don’t letthe nameless fear confuse the eye and confound our strong belief of future.Through our talents, through our wits, through our endurance and through ourcreativity, we will make it.
Hold fast to dreams, for if dreams die, life is a broken-winged bird thatcannot fly. Hold fast to dreams, for when dreams go, life is a barren fieldfrozen with snow. So my dear friends, think of your old and maybe dead dreams.Whatever it is, pick it up and make it alive from today.
