Good morning , honored judges .it is my greatest honor to be here today. i would like to share my english learning and teaching experience with you .i could remember english has been my favorite since my junior high school. at that time i had a dream that one day my job must be something that connects with english.
That is why i, together with you, strive our best to be an excellent english teacher today!
Thank you very much for your attention!good morning , ladies and gentmen it is great honour to speak here . I Value this chance of sharing teaching experience with distinguished teachers very much. to be honest i felt rather nervous. i can still remember when i made my first speech in college. i ev en couldnt control my breath . because i really didnt know what to say at that time .well-today, being an english teacher for some years in zhongxin, i have a strong sense of responsibility, which always fills me with strength and confidence.after being an english teacher,i think, to be a good english teacher, you should know your major well. your personality is as important as your knowledge. a good english teacher must be enthusiastic. you must love your students and respect them. in addition, you must also respect yourself and take pride in your work. a good english teacher should be kind, encouraging, and helpful and you should motivate your students to seek knowledge. ill tell you a true story, last year, a boy named liulei came to our class,he looked so quiet, no age childrens lively and cheerful, he didnt dare to answer the question loudly, when i asked him to do the dialogue in front, heeven had a big cry . and he didnt dare to see anyone ,whose voice low likea whisper, i am well aware that he lackedof confidence and necessary encouragement . so, then i give the opportunity to him for each class , and i encouraged him to say: jake you have been done better than lasttime, and i also make the classmates to applaud him, i also told his mother to encourage him when seeing his progress, day by day , i am surprised tofind the child really progressed, now he can put up hands to answer a questionactivly ,whats more，he can take part in the game, performance has been greatlyimproved. his mother was pleased to tell me her child progressed . every time，after school he always chatter without stopping told her that what he learnedin zhongxin , and the performance is greatlyimproved, as his teacher was really excited for his progress, i realized the unprecedented：
Achievement! this sense of achievement is no substitute. in bible,it says：love is patient; love is kind;. it does not insist on its own way; it bears all things, hopes all things, endures all things. love never ends.grow up,use love to bring them bright sunshine, use love to improve my life value,that is what i want to do. if there is another chance for me to choose my occupation, i won’t choose anything except being an english teacher.i enjoy my job, and i love my life.thats all.thank youfor listening!

我非常荣幸站在这里，我珍惜这次和这么多优秀老师一起分享教学经验的机会，说实话我还是有点紧张，我记得我的第一次演讲还是在大学的时候，我甚至无法控制我的呼吸，因为那时我不知道说些什么.今天，作为中信的一名多年的教师，我有种强烈的责任感，那使我充满了力量和信心。从成为一名英语教师后，我认为，想作为一名好的教师，你必须有非常好的专业知识，你的人格和你的知识一样重要，一名好的英语教师必须非常热情，你必须爱你的学生和尊重他们，同时你也必须尊重你自己，并且以你的工作为自豪。一名好的老师他必须善良，勇敢，并且乐于帮助孩子，你要让你的孩子有一份内驱力，让他们主动去学习，而不是被动去学。我给大家讲个真实的故事，去年我们班来了一个男孩，他的名字叫-刘磊，他看上去是那样的沉默寡言，没有同龄孩子的活泼与开朗，在上课的时候不敢大声的回答问题，当我让他到前面做对话的时候他甚至都大哭了一场，连看大家一眼都不敢，声音低的就像在说耳语一样，我深知这是他对自己没有信心并且缺乏必要的鼓励所造成的。所以，后来我每次上课都给他表现的机会，并且每次我都鼓励他说：jake你这次比上次有进步，同时我也让全班的同学一起为他鼓掌，我也告诉他的妈妈在家也多鼓励孩子，只要看到他的进步就表扬他，一天一天的过去了，我惊喜的发现孩子真的进步了，现在他能主动举手回答问题，主动的'参与游戏，成绩也有了很大的提高。他妈妈很高兴的告诉我他的孩子有进步了，每次从中信放学后总是喋喋不休的跟她说他学到了什么，并且成绩也是大幅度提高，我作为他的老师真的为他的进步而兴奋，我体会到了空前的成就感！这种成就感是任何东西都代替不了的。圣经里有这样一段话：爱是恒久忍耐，又有恩慈；凡事包容，凡事相信，凡事盼望，凡事忍耐；爱是永不止息。
我愿让这段话成为我的座右铭，用爱陪伴孩子们成长，用爱带给学生灿烂的生命阳光，用爱提升自己的生命价值，这就是我所追求的如果在给我一次机会去选择职业，我还会选择做英语教师，我喜欢我的工作，我热爱我的生活。谢谢各位的聆听！

It can’t be denied that English is very important if you want to make a good living. English is a very important language no matter what you do or where you go, Millions of people would like to master English, but it’s not a piece of cake. So being an English teacher is good. I am happy that I can express my opinions in English. So I am lucky I can teach English.
Furthermore, Being an English teacher, I am very content. I am so grateful to have a life that is filled with teenagers’ trust and love. When my students answer my questions correctly, when they discuss passionately, when they communicate with foreigners fluently, when I see the slowest in thought make progress,Everyone is NO.1,everyone is special, I know I have done a great job. Nothing can replace my pleasure.I enjoy my job, it makes my life wonderful！

What is natureIt's everything existing in the world, such as plants, animals, earths, rocks, the water and the weather.
什么是自然？它是世间万物，比如植物动物土地岩石水和天气。
Human being depands on the nature. No nature, no life. Thanks to the help of the nature, we live a happy life for a long time. When we realize the use of nature, we begin to gain everything from it. As the time goes by, the water has become dirty, the air has been polluted, forests have been cut over, the number of kinds of animals and plants has become smaller and smaller.
人类依赖于自然。没有自然，没有生命。由于自然的帮助，我们才得以长时间的生活快乐无忧。当我们意识到自然的作用，我们开始无限制的索取。时光流逝，水源不洁，空气污染，森林消失，植物和动物的种类越来越少。
Let we see our environment again, the crowded streets, the noisy cars, the dirty air, almost everything makes us more and more tired. At this time, we begin to want to go back to the nature to have a good rest, but the nature has already been destroyed by ourselves. It refuses us.
