　　各位委员、各位代表：

　　经多方协商，并报江苏省图书馆学会秘书处备案，“文学阅读与鉴赏暨江苏全民阅读推广工作”研讨会由中国写作学会阅读学专业委员会(习称“中国阅读学研究会”)、江苏省图书馆学会阅读与用户工作委员会与南京铁道职业技术学院三家联合主办。

　　中国写作学会阅读学专业委员会是专门从事中外阅读基础理论研究交流及其教学实践，以及国民阅读促进和指导活动的阅读学专业学术团体。旨在提高公众阅读水平、倡导终身阅读习惯，进行阅读指导、推动阅读问题研究的，由各有关阅读团体和个人组成的全国性阅读学专业组织。现有20多个省市的'注册会员1000多名。

　　江苏省图书馆学会阅读与用户工作委员会是我省去年首次成立的，旨在研究、协调和指导江苏全民阅读推广工作的专业组织，由我省公共、院校图书馆领导和高校有关专家、学者组成，本次会议将颁发聘书并兼有组织成立和首次业务工作研讨会性质，将共同商讨规划本届专门委员会的工作。

　　经研究协商，会务由南京铁道职业技术学院苏州校区支持承办。

　　Dear Prof. Wang Jianxing,

　　The Tenth Enhancement and Promotion of Computational Methods in Engineering and Science International Conference is going to be held from August 21 to 23, 2006 in Sanya, Hainan Island of China. On behalf of the Organizing Committee we have the honor and pleasure of extending to you the invitation to give an oral presentation entitled

　　“Research on Thermo Quality Transmission Problems for Large-Scale Slab of With Creep”

　　The time for your presentation is 20 minutes including 3 minutes discussion. The full-length paper should be submitted to the Conference Secretariat General， Prof. Yao Zhenhan atdemyzh@tsinghua.edu.cn by May 1 of 2006. The abstract and the full-length manuscript of your paper will be included in the printed and CD-ROM Conference Proceedings，respectively. The format for the full-length paper is available on the Conference web site:http://www.epmescx.org.cn

　　Equipments prepared by the conference for your presentation should be (1) Microsoft PowerPoint software and (2) multimedia projector connected to portable notebook computer. You may just bring a storage media with USB connection.
