History traces Halloween back to the ancient religion of the Celtics.The Celts were the ancestors of the present-day Irish,Welsh and Scottish people.In the 5th century BC,in Celtic Ireland,summer officially ended on October 31st.On the November 1st,Celtic peoples celebrated the festival of Samhain,which marked the beginning of winter and the Celtic New Year.Celts thought the division between the natural world and the supernatural world became very thin and all time and space was abruptly suspended on October 31st,and then the spirits of the died would come back and move freely looking for living bodies to possess.

The zoo is very big .There are many kinds of animals at the zoo.What animal did we see.We saw tiger 、momkey 、panada、lion 、elephant、and so on .I like monkey and panada best .Because momkey and panada are pretty and they can make me happy .I didn’t feed any animals .Because I don’t what kind of animals eat to make strong and I didn’t eat any snacks . I wanted to keep the zoo clean .Finally ,we feel tired and we leave the zoo. I think the zoo is good for animals ,why? Because the zoo can help people to stop animals from going extinct.and I think zoos are bad for animals.Because the zoo make animals feel lonely and animals will misses they family.

“别抽到我，别抽到我……”我在心中暗暗地祈祷着，可是世上不如意者十有八九，还有一二特别不如意。“c。j。”mr。l喊了我的名字，“该你了。”
这可是我人生第一次英文演讲，虽然我已经在各种大大小小的目光中生活了十四个年头，可是当我站在讲台上，接受全班同学目光的扫射时，我仍会手脚冰凉，头冒冷汗。
“大家好，接下来c。j。会为大家分享她的春节。”我故作轻松地开始了我的“表演”，因为是第一次，我迫切地希望能够精彩地完成，这种想法给了我动力，无疑也给了我无形的压力。我直视前方，不敢和台下的“观众”来个眼神交流，他们的眼睛像一盏聚光灯，将我照得不知所措。
慢慢地，我调整呼吸，全身紧张地感觉褪去了，我的声音不再发颤，表情自然了许多，甚至还不由自主地加上了肢体动作助以解释，我熟悉了这种在人们面前说话的感觉，瞬间，观众们的目光变得柔和，我竟然感觉像平时在班里和同学说话一样地自然，自己的演讲也生动了许多。结束后，我深深地躹了一躬，观众送给我真挚的掌声。
整个班都进行完毕后，外教让我们两两一组，写下自己和同伴的优点和不足，我在纸上点评了自己“过于紧张”，mr。l看到后对我说：“紧张是不可避免的，当我刚开始做老师时，我也因为同学们的眼睛而紧张，我感觉他们的目光像钉子一样，不敢有半点差错，但是现在我已经习惯了，希望你下次会越来越轻松。”
是啊，越来越轻松，说起来容易做起来难啊，怎么才能做到呢？需要多少次的`练习和多么认真的准备呢？我不知道答案，但我坚信，每一次演讲就是一次历练，不仅是在培养能力，更在于面对扑面而来的注视和关注仍能坦然面对，淡然处之，这是一种人生态度。
