　　因为是提纲类作文，所以考生在写这篇书面表达时一般而言不会跑题，不会落到要点，因此与图画类、表格类文章相比较，考生容易得分。

　　但在写这篇文章时，考生应注意下面几点，也就是考生容易失误的地方：

　　1）注意人称，应该用第一人称的形式给房东（第二人称）写便条；

　　2）注意时态的正确使用：从试题的内容上可以看出在表达要点1和2时应用将来时；而要点3中的几个方面则需要注意时态的替换，会用到一般过去时，现在时和将来时，所以考生不能只顾句意而忽略时态的正确使用，可能这是许多考生在这次考试中丢分的`主要原因。

　　3）注意恰当使用逻辑词语，是各个要点间逻辑连贯，行文通顺。提纲类书面表达不是简单的逐条翻译，而是要求考生将所给的几个要点合理的组成比较通顺的语句，因此考生要仔细组织语言，合理安排结构。当然了，要想在如此众多、内容大致相同的作文中引起阅卷老师的注意，从而获得高分，基础好的考生就要在书写卷面以及遣词造句中下功夫，尽可能的使用几个比较高级的句式，如原因状语从句、定语从句、强调句等，在表示相同或相近的意思时尽量避免使用相同的词或句式，而要用同义词、近义词或一些短语来代替，这样才能体现出一个考生的水平，才能写出英语书面表达的"彩"来，才能吸引阅卷老师，打动阅卷老师，从而获得高分。
