Besides, many scientists’ time and energy are wasted, which could have been devoted to improving our living condition. What’s more, many astronauts have died complete1y uselessly in space vehicles which have been faulty. They were young people who hadn’t enjoyed the fruit of life yet.

　　开始上课了。外籍老师和我们打过招呼后，教我们的第一个单词是“跳舞”。外籍老师读到这个单词就立即活跃起来，做出一副跳舞的样子，一会摇头晃脑，一会东窜西跳，一会扭来扭去，跟我们一边握手，一边嘴里说着“dance”。我们也被他深深感染，同学们立刻上窜下跳，嘴里喊着“dance”。就这样，大家一下子记住了“跳舞”这个单词。接着外籍老师又教我们唱了一些反义词歌，他像小品演员似的，一边做各种搞笑夸张的动作，一边念着和动作一致的英语单词，让我们快乐的学习，轻松地记住单词。例如老师在教“帅气”和“丑陋”这两个英语单词的`时候，他挺胸抬头，先用手摸一下他头上的“小鸡冠”，做出一个健美帅气的动作，神气地说：“smart”，我们一下子就明白了。接着，他龇牙咧嘴，做出丑陋的样子，说着“ugly”，我们看见他这样就哄堂大笑，并且跟他学，外国老师不但没有批评我们，还不断向我们竖起大拇指。他让我们尽情地自由活动，一边模仿，一边发挥，一边学单词，我惊奇地发现：原来英语还可以这样学习，太有趣了！
