　　last sunday i went to the city of wui. when i entered a tailor＇s shop, i found there were lots of people because there was a fashion show①.suddenly i noticed that a middle-aged foreigner was gesticulating② to a saleswoman and pointing to a new shirt. it was clear that he wanted to buy the shirt, but he did not know the price, for he did not know chinese. and the saleswoman did not know english. though she wrote the price on the paper, he was still puzzled.

　　when i saw this, i went up to them. i asked the saleswoman the price of the shirt first and then i said to the foreigner in english, “one hundred and forty-eight yuan.” hearing this he said to me, “oh, thank you! but its too epensive. would you please ask her if she can make it cheaper? if she can , i will buy ten.” i told her what he said , and she agreed. in the end the foreigner paid 1,200 yuan for ten shirts.

　　before he left, he gave me a nice pen. i thanked him and said to him , “welcome to our city . good-bye!”

My aunt says she is very naughty and she is worried about her, because sometimes my cousin will come back home late for hanging out with her friends. I know her. She is not naughty, and she can take care of herself and won’t make her parents angry.

　　我有一个表妹，她比我小两岁。因为我们都是家里的独生女，所以我们两个的关系很亲近。大部分时间我们是一起玩耍，但我们的.性格却是不一样的。我是一个安静的女孩，而她却追求刺激。她总是能找到刺激的事去做，而且无法长时间呆在家里。我阿姨说，她非常调皮，很担心她，因为有时我的表妹会因为跟朋友出去玩，回家回得晚。我了解她。她并不淘气，她可以照顾自己，也不会让父母生气。

　　今天我们到青龙中学（六中）去参加双语比赛，我到了以后发现同学们差不多已经都到齐了。然后我们便自己准备起了英语短文，这样可以等待还没有来的同学。等到同学们都来齐了，Ms yu便带领我们进去了。校园里边特别漂亮，喷泉花坛、全塑胶跑道、参天大树还有整齐的教学楼，我们带队的同学竟然被这美丽的风景迷住了，差一点儿就带着同学们走到操场上。但是幸亏Ms yu叫住了我们，然后我们围成一个圈表演，李晓曷第一个，她上去以后背的非常快而且中文没背就想下去，被Ms yu一下退了回去背了中文，我是第二个上去的，我表情自如，动作加的非常到位但是Ms yu说我声音太小，语速太快。

　　终于工作人员过来说：“B组的同学比赛了，B组的赶紧过来！”我们排成两队走到大厅，然后工作人员点名，我是第6个。我们按顺序排好队后，就走进了初一九班，然后抽签按顺序号入座我15号、梅笑寒14号、宋淑涵13号和陈玥琦17号我觉得真的是太有缘了，第一组开始比赛了，是1—10号比赛。所以我们又等了漫长的几十分钟，终于轮到我们比赛了，我们进入了比赛场地，这时我看到了一个男老师，两个女老师，和一个女外教。夏侯杨子先上，他一上场就问了老师几个问题特别搞笑，然后才开始背的……，终于到了我上场了，我站的笔直背的英文流利，中文标准，声音洪亮的都可以听见回音了，外教的问题也都全部答对了。所有的参赛选手都答的非常好，我们就退场了，我们出来以后Ms yu紧张的'问我们答的怎么样？我们都说答的很好，听了我们的回答她的脸上露出了满意的笑容…………等过了漫长的1个小时，成绩出来了，我得了97分！全组（35人）第一名！我当时心里非常高兴：我今天能取得这么优异的成绩，和Ms yu平时的辛勤辅导是分不开的，在这里我要感谢Ms yu！

What's your name？”我刚喘口气问到时，那紧闭的嘴巴顿时打开，用那标准流利的一口英语回答着我：” Hi, my name's Ruben.“ 我的心里顿时产生了一种倾佩，上课时，Ruben老师会以打响指的方式让我们集中注意力、用做手势的模样让我们大声读出来，在休息时，会教我们“口技”，让我们轻松快乐。采用与幽默的教学方式与我们沟通，采用大朋友的形式来与我们玩耍，利用中英搭配让我们感受英语的魅力，我们互帮互助，我们教老师说中文，老师教我们学习英文，让我们每人都能感受到当“小老师”的机会和骄傲。

　　在一节课上完后，我真正体会到和外教老师学习的乐趣。老师带给我了快乐，使我在不知不觉中获得知识；老师带给我方法，使我有效的'学习；老师带给我学习的翅膀，使我在学习海洋里尽情飞翔。英语口语是和外国友人友好交流的第一步，是向对方表述自己思想、观点……交流工具。让我能懂得更多，学得更多。让我锻炼自己的胆量，勇敢地与对方交流，在知识的海洋里尽情畅游。和外教学英语，能让我大声用英语说出来。
