　　今天，我放学回家，看到了地上很脏。我想一定是爸爸妈妈工作太忙了。我去厨房拿扫把来到客厅，立马开始扫地，先从右边扫到左边，又从卧室扫到客厅。扫好后又看了一遍，我觉得干干净净、一尘不染。妈妈回来后，吓了一大跳。妈妈问我：“谁把地扫得这么干净？”我笑着说：“除了我还有谁呢？”妈妈高兴地说你真是个勤劳的孩子。得到妈妈的表扬后，我觉得非常开心！

　　Today, I came home from school and found the ground dirty. I think it must be that mom and dad are too busy with their work. I went to the kitchen to get a broom and came to the living room. 　　可第一次以小组为单位的测试成绩，却出乎我的意料。根本没我想象中的那么糟糕，还让我惊喜万分。我们组的成绩竟然名列前茅。我翻开成绩单，认真的查找每一名组员的成绩。全部都在90分以上。我虽表面如海面一般平静，但内心却像火箭一样高兴地飞上了天。可没过多久，我们就在成功的路上遇到了绊脚石。

　　我们组的五号同学，不知因为什么，变得非常颓废，上课也不听，课下也不学。让我心如火燎，愁上加愁。虽然我们组无论是大考小考都是第一名。但每一位组员都不能落队。经过我们每位组员的'商讨，最终决定轮流帮助他。

　　首先，要让他听讲效率提高，上课时每位组员都会提醒他认真听讲。其次，课下时间督促他完成作业，并且保证作业质量高。课间，不放过每一分可利用的时间，每位组员轮番检查他的背诵课文以及单词记忆情况。那段时间里，每位组员努力上进，不离不弃，谁也不放弃谁。

　　就这样日复一日的努力和拼搏，每位组员都有了显著的提升，而我这个组长也不能掉队挑灯夜读就为了努力追上追赶上他们的步伐，每组组长每次都见我们位居第一，也纷纷的投来羡慕的目光，都来找我取经想知道为什么我们组一直这样的优秀。

　　哪有什么天才，这只不过是每个人努力的结果，众人一条心，齐心能断念。没有人随随便便成功，都需要付出心血和心动。我为有如此团结、上进的小组而感到骄傲！
