　　Yesterday I, with my mother, went to the park on a bus. After the bus stopped at a bus stop, a woman carrying a baby got on. A student sitting near the door stood Up at once and offered his seat to her. She thanked him for it. All the people on the bus looked at him with praise in their eyes.

　　昨天，我和妈妈坐车去公园。到了一站时，上来一个抱着小孩的妇女，坐在门口的一个中学生马上站了起来，把座位让给了母女俩，车上的'都投去了赞许的目光。

　　I like traveling on foot With my brother in holidays. At the very beginning, I felt very tired. I got out of breath so easily. Then my brother started to tell me some interesting stories. 　　哇！老爸真厉害，看来这英语我是教定了！很有“天赋”呢！终于有个单词老爸，“猜错读音了。”是‘普累’不是‘普恩’。再读一遍，‘普累’。我像位老师一样严格地纠正老爸的错误读者。就这样，报的速度比平时慢了一倍，因为不光写，还得一遍遍纠正读音。许多天后、、、、、、“老爸！这次要写句子！”老爸闻声，慢慢悠悠地晃了过来，面露难色，极不情愿地拿起我的英语书，用一口不标准，不流利的`英语给我报了起来。

　　天！我起诉！本来超简单的英语句子，经老爸嘴里一说，恐怕连老外也听不懂了！我凭自己“非凡”的理解能力，艰难地写完了英语作业。接着，我抱着英语书，给老爸来了次突击补习。从第一单元到第三单元的单词和letstake中的黑体句子全部一个不落地教起来。这下，老爸惨了，叫苦连天，可我还是不依不饶地教下去。直到该上床睡觉了，才肯放过老爸。

　　不仅老爸口干舌燥，我这个当老师的容易吗！还好，在中考前几天的“英听”中，老爸把一些比较基本，简单的单词全部读对了。真是功夫不负有心人！我为老爸颁发了“全勤奖”，“勤奋好学奖”和“认真听课奖”下次，我还要教爸爸学英语！

　　the students of our school had a discussion about whether listening test in the national matriculation english test should be. kept or canceled. some students think that listening test should not be canceled. they insist listening is among the four basic skills. we therefore can not ignore it. besides, listening is one of the important channels for us to get information from the outside world. $o it should be strengthened today when international cooperation is becoming more and more frequent. but others don t agree. they think not everyone has to communicate with foreigners in the future. moreover, listening test is unfair to the students in the areas where radio signals cannot be picked up effectively. and for certain reasons, there is a big difference in teachers and equipment between the countryside and the city.
