　　那么还可能有人问我：“组长一到学校就要盯人写作业、补作业、交作业，你难道不会觉得十分烦吗？就算不觉得烦，那也总会有做的不好的时候吧，老在教室里闷着，就算用脚趾头想一想都会烦呀。”

　　“所以说嘛，组长也是十分有用的哩，只要有一个组长做好应该做的，就可以帮班级整个集体分数上升几分、十几分，甚至几十分！”
