　　这还得从四天前下午的“综合能力”说起。那天下午，我们中高年级的同学精神精神抖擞。热情高昂地走向大礼堂，参加英语竞赛，准备在英语竞赛中一展风采。

　　竞赛共分五个环节，每个环节满分十分，共计五十分。这五个环节分别是：主打参赛选手自我介绍，班级单词听写，才艺展示，听力抢实物和即兴英语对话。

　　其中，最激烈、紧张、有趣的一环节是听力抢实物。比赛开始了，我第一个上场。对手四（一）班派出的选手是吴珂，她可是个很有实力的对手。我俩孤零零地站在比赛场地中间，像要一决生死似的。我的心紧张得抽成一团，手竟有些发抖，脑子里只一个想法：听准单词。只听孙说：“语文书？”我急忙跑到右边的桌子前，定睛一看，只见一本蓝色封皮的`语文书展现在我眼前，我连忙把它举了起来。而此时，吴珂才反应过来向我这里跑来。我内心充满了自豪和快乐，仿佛所有的人都在向我笑，我仿佛看到我们班荣获了冠军……

　　一阵热烈的掌声又把我拉了回来，激烈的比赛继续进行。

　　这场比赛的结果呀，自然是我们四（二）班勇摘桂冠。英语竞赛真令我难忘。
