　　有一天上午的英语课，她拿了一个包裹，声明是一袋钻石糖。“谁在课堂上表现的好，积极发言，听课认真，谁就能得到这个奖励。”老师说。一听到有奖励，不光是我，全部都正襟危坐，一下子教室里安静下来，静等老师上课。老师环视了一下教室，露出了满意的微笑。我好像也得到了老师的肯定，不禁心理美滋滋的，心想看我的，争取赢到奖励。

　　课堂上，可能是我超认真吧，老师提的'问题我都会，不停地举手发言，当堂就得到了英语老师的五颗钻石糖。老师走到我身边，摸摸我的头，夸了夸我什么，我倒没听清楚，倒是我斜着眼睛感觉到了她那双会说话的眼睛的满是赞许，晶亮的眼睛里有一股温暖传递给我，我的心就咚咚的跳起来。一节英语课就这样在我激情澎湃的心情里结束了。

　　还有一次，英语老师课堂上要来一次小测试，奖品竟是一个平板滑滑车，教室里沸腾起来，好一阵没有停下喧闹。结果我与奖品失之交臂。虽然我没有得到，但是英语老师的这种奖励机制，想必是我们全班同学都喜欢的。在总结的时候，英语老师慢慢走过每个学生的身旁，投去的眼神不是遗憾和惋惜，而是希望，希望我们每个同学都是优秀的。
