　　记得在上个学期的某一个星期二，我拿回了一张87分的数学试卷。当时，我一想到爸爸妈妈会严厉地处罚我，就感到压力很大，两腿像灌了铅一样，几乎走不动，每走一步比登天还难。要知道，我以前考试从来没有低过90分呀！

　　到了家里，我提心吊胆地拿出试卷给爸爸看，心想：这下要挨一顿骂了。

　　爸爸看了试卷，用一种平平常常的`语气说“嗯，没事！下次加油！去给你妈妈看一下。”

　　我悬着的心暂时放下了，可我又想到还有老妈这一关，心还是提到了嗓子眼儿。虽然老妈平时很温柔，但是在学习方面对我的要求还是比较严格的。

　　我拿着试卷，慢吞吞地来到老妈面前，心想：免不了要听一段唠叨了。妈妈看了分数，很惊讶。但她并没有责备我，仔细帮我检查了一遍试卷后，就和蔼地问我是不是由于最近看小说系列丛书《冒险小虎队》比较多以致于上课没有认真听老师讲呢？妈妈真是一语道破天机，击中了我的要害。我脸上一阵阵发热，低着头，支支吾吾，不得不承认。这段时间我确实是沉迷于《冒险小虎队》小说系列丛书中，上课时脑海里总是出现书中精彩的情节，下课时总是和同学们津津乐道，注意力自然不集中在课本知识上面了。直到考试时有些题目我不会做才知道自己错了。妈妈看到我承认了错误并表示以后改正，就亲切地对我说：“知错就改就好。以后每个星期只能看一本《冒险小虎队》，不能影响学习。”

　　我常常听其他同学说，如果他们考试考得差，就会遭到父母打骂，我以为爸爸妈妈也会这样对我，可是他们对我很宽容，给了我努力改正的机会。我很庆幸我有善解人意的爸爸妈妈，庆幸我有一个温暖的家。因为他们的宽容，我会更加努力地做一个好孩子。

　　Literally meaning "clear" (Qing) and "bright" (Ming), this Chinese festival falls in early spring, on the 106th day after the winter solstice. It is a "spring" festival, and it is an occasion for the whole family to leave the home and to sweep the graves of their forebears. Chinese being practical people this sweeping of the graves is given an extended period, that is, 10 days before and after Qing Ming day. Among some dialect groups a whole month is allocated.

　　从第一节有趣的英语课开始起，从刚开始接触那二十六个调皮的字母宝宝起，我便深深地喜欢上了英语这门课程。英语，陪伴着我的生活，陪伴着我的成长。

　　记得有一次，我们一家来到青龙峡玩，正往青山洞走时，迎面跑来一名外国男士，他很高，皮肤泛白，见到我，他急忙对我说："Where is the toilet？"我顿时一阵惊愕，“ toilet”是什么意思？我仔细的思考，看他的样子，好像挺急，有什么事情？我问妈妈，妈妈却笑而不管，哎呀！到底是什么啊？既然这么急，应该是去厕所的吧！现在也只有这个办法了！我踮起脚四处张望，终于发现了厕所，我对那个焦急的外国人说：“First go straight on， then turn left”。那个人听后，立马跑了过去。我笑着问妈妈，妈妈笑了笑，说：“儿子真聪明！他说的` toilet就是厕所的意思，儿子真了不起，能听懂老外的意思了！中西合璧，天下无敌，希望你以后继续加油，！哈哈哈！”哦！听妈妈这么一说，我心里的那块大石头才落下地来，幸好我脑袋转的快，要不是，我可是在外国人面前丢尽了脸呀！

　　等我们准备回家时，又碰到了那位外国人，他连忙对我说：“Thank you！Thank you！"我也赶忙回应："You are welcome！”

　　生活中，处处都有英语的影子，“ KFC：肯德基；CCTV：中央电视台； ID：身份证……”在我们的生活中，我学会了许多英语，了解了许多英语的简称，我的收获颇多。我真喜欢英语！
