  With cooperation ,a person or organization can not accomplish mush in the increasingly inter-dependent society we now live in.   我已经是三年级的小学生了,在三年级的课程表里,我们又多了一门功课,那就是英语。

  教我们英语的是“谷盼盼老师”,我们都爱叫她“Miss Gu”。这一学期,她还带来了四位小同学和我们一起学英语,你知道他们是谁吗?他们就是英语书里的两个外国小同学Sam和Amy,还有两位中国小同学大明和琳琳。现在,我和他们已经是好朋友了。

  上一二年级的时候,听许多人说英语很难,不好写更不好读,就连妈妈也说她看见英语就头疼,太难了。他们说的话让我有些害怕,感觉英语好难呀,我要学不会该怎么办呢?可是当我们正式上英语课的时候,我才发现,原来英语并没有他们说的`那么难,而且还特别有趣呢!现在,老师已经教我们了一些简单的短句,我回家之后告诉妈妈,妈妈听了也想学,我就把每天学到的英语教给妈妈。有时候妈妈听不懂我说的是什么,我就慢慢教她,像个小老师一样。现在,妈妈每天都叫我“Miss Zhang”,我都有点不好意思了!

  等我长大以后也要当一名英语老师,把我学到的英语知识全部教给我的学生,让他们能用流利的英语和外国人交流!

Some people prefer "yes" while some others prefer "no". Certainly a large number of people just cannot decide which side they should be stand.

  In fact, the governments allow on-campus students to get married before they complete their course. There isn‘ t a regulation proclaimed in writing to forbid marriage of on-campus students. But it must affect those triers.

  In my opinion, it is unnecessary to forbid on-campus students to get married before they finished their college, however, it shouldn‘ t be advocated or encouraged. Because, for on-campus students, their play the role as learners. Their main task is to learn. If they married, their school work must be affected and they may not graduate favorably or may not be capable for future works. So, I believe: almost all on-campus students would deal with the question reasoningly .

  in the past, technological advancement was generally held to be synonymous with progress, and progress to be synonymous with absolute good. people thought of technology as a solution to problems, not a creator of them. as we took each step forward, technologically speaking, we assumed that we were leaving old difficulties behind and advancing into a new and more pleasant future. this was only partially true. for us technological advancement did solve old problems, it also created new ones. these problems are of various types, each having different implications and requiring different degrees of human decision.

  one set of problems can be readily identified by looking around. these problems concern the "pollution" of our environment by technology as a result of sudden upsets and imbalances in the physical, economic and social equilibrium. the most obvious aspects of these are the general pollution of our physical environment and the destruction of irreplaceable natural resources.not so obvious as these, but just as painfully significant to some, are the effacement and displacement of jobs which overnight often create large groups of jobless citizens.

  can technology be used to undo what it has done, replace what it has destroyed or substitute what it has caused to disappear? no one knows. many of us wonder whether all of the sources of pollution have yet been identified, whether they are being arrested and whether they will be prevented from recurring.

  another set of problems relate to what technological advancement has done to the quality of life. an improved life has not been, unfortunately, either the goal or the chief beneficiary of technological change. too much has happened too fast. in contrast, in the past, things changed slowly enough to accommodate gradual change. people could be aware of it and adjusted to it, and perhaps they could even change it. in the modern world, we must make rapid decisions today, or tomorrow wemay find a whole new world built up.

  presumably the most significant and potentially explosive issues, however, are those related to methods of human manipulation and control. there is also the new horizon of genetic analysis, manipulation and correction. and there is now the possibility of creating a living substance and decoding and generating a complete organism from the information found within a cell.this is no longer a daydream. some consider these possibilities visions, others nightmares.

  it is true that incredible powers are now within our hands,or at least within our reach, and the question no longer is "can we do it?" but "how soon can we do it?" our lives have been and are being changed drastically. the point is to take control of technology or to be driven by it.

We usually get a mark tick for right answer and get a cross for wrong, but things has been changed, educator use “o” for “x”, which makes the correcting more gentle.   People who agree with this new style homework correcting hold the views that our educational method should be gentle. The child’s mind is not mature enough, teachers should choose a more acceptable way when they are correcting student’s homework. Such as an “o” is softer than an “x”. Because in our mind, “x” represent absolutely wrong, on contrary, an “o” means “you should think twice, there is a better answer waiting for you to find out”. It could lead on a student to correct his answer without hurting his feels.

  同意这种新方式的人认为我们的教育模式应该温和一些。孩子的心智还不够成熟,老师应该选更加容易让人接受的方式去批改学生的作业。例如o就比x温和一些。因为在我们的`心目中,x代表了绝对的错误,相反,o意味着“你应该三思,还有更好的答案”。这能在不伤害孩子的感情之下让他改正错误。

  However, some people think that if we always use a gentle way to teach students, how could we develop the student’s ability to face the error and frustration. There is a reason for educator use “x” for wrong answer, students should have the courage to face the error that they made, and they should remember why they do it wrong.

  Weighing up these two arguments, I prefer the former one. I think once student has accepted their error, they will voluntarily to correct. Otherwise, students see an “x” and their defensive mechanisms automatically come up.
