　　“叮铃铃，叮铃铃。”清脆的上课铃打响了。同学们早已坐得端端正正。这是为什么呢？哦，原来我们班上要给竞争上班干部的同学们发班干部聘任书。

　　只见梅子老师大步地走进了教师，严肃的.宣布：“班干部聘任书马上下发，希望班干部们严于律己，尽职尽责！”接着梅子老师大声地宣布：“杨瑞欣，值日班长。”话音刚落，杨瑞欣的脸上顿时灿烂的像一朵花，两眼放射出了兴奋的光芒。她大步流星地走上讲台，双手接过老师手中的聘任书，还深深地鞠了个躬。看到好朋友如愿以偿了，我不免担心起来：我会不会被唐老师改变一下职位呢？或没有竞争上英语课代表职位呢？

　　接到聘任书的同学越来越多，我的心都快提到嗓子眼了。“向卿町，英语课代表。”终于叫到我了，我终于如愿以偿了。此时，如果不是在上课的话，我早就一蹦三尺高了。我飞快地奔向讲台用双手接过聘任书，大声地说道：“谢谢您，唐老师。”这时候我高兴极了。

　　我希望同学们都不会辜负老师的期望，我相信同学们都能够严于律己，尽职尽责。

　　原本的英语课是从头到尾都在念课文，但我带着他们玩“大风吹”，就是把一个英语单字写在纸上，当我念到那个单字时，写那个单字的'人就要互相换位子。

　　这个有趣的游戏，让大家不但玩疯了，还在游戏的进行中，不知不觉的把每个单字的拼法都记忆起来了，大家欲罢不能的吵着要继续玩下去，我觉得很骄傲。

　　接下来我要带着学生们到户外活动，一边抓蝴蝶、一边用小草、小花编手环，每一样接触的东西，我就在他们的耳边，把英语念出来，抓一只就念一次，干脆编一首英语歌来唱，把所有的昆虫、花朵都放进歌词，多么有趣呀！

　　我要让每个人都敢上表演讲英语，利用分小组的方式，只要上台就能加分，学期末就换礼物，让大家变的更有胆量，也更不怕上台了。

　　只要用心当老师，每个人都会喜欢上任何一种课，我这个英语老师扮演的还不赖吧！
