　　However, we feel the price of the meals is a little too high. Besides, we can only have a limited variety of dishes with little change every week. In addition, we often have to stand in line for a long time before we can get the meal. You could understand how precious time is to us students. Therefore, may I suggest something be done to solve the problems so that we can all enjoy our meals at school?

　　when you come into our room， the first thing you will notice is the window right opposite you， with a lovely view of the campus. in front of the window there are four writing tables. mine is the one nearest to the door. on top of it， you can see a photo of my family and several piles of books. behind the table there is a radiator and under each table there is a stool. on each side of the room there are two bunk beds covered with clean bed spreads. some brightly colored quilts are neatly folded at the foot of the beds. on the wall above the beds are pictures of famous movie stars or singers. to the left of the window hangs a calendar and beside it is a mirror.

　　on the left are built-in bookshelves with a shelf for each person. our dormitory is not very big， but it is neat， clean and comfortable.

　　今天由于英语老师出去讲课，所以临时换了一位老师来给我们上课。

　　新老师一进门，便受到了热烈欢迎，这时我细细地端详了一下，此人比起我们班的英语老师显得颇为高大，只不过瘦了一点，架着一副眼镜，看得出，这人很文绉。他在我班同学的掌声下，显得受宠若惊，但随之平静，很谦虚地压了压手，示意我们莫激动，但他殊不知我们班同学的热情犹如清末农民起义，不仅压不倒，而且越压越大，特别是在我周围的同学，跟没见过人似的。过了一会儿，老师怕我们再欢迎下去，天都得弄出个洞来，便在黑板上写“keepquite，please。”写完之后，本以为我们被其随机应变的能力所折服，回头一看跪得满地都是崇拜者。于是他指了指上面的字，故作高深而不语，霎时间，班内犹如“千山鸟飞绝”，一点声音也没有。老师一看自己的所做所为取得了这么好的效果，心里不禁窃喜，但没想到他还没开始喜，同学们便替他喜出来了，而且是“哄”的一声，犹如开山碎石一般，老师顿时傻了，看见同学们边笑边指着黑板上他的杰作，回头一看，顿时羞得满脸通红，原来自己把“keepquiet”写成了“keepquite”，意思基本上转了个弯，回头看看狂笑不止的同学，他也只有叹气的份了……

　　预备的.时间有限，到了上课时间，同学们自动地安静了下来，这时，那位老师开始讲课。毕竟是年轻人，讲课声音洪亮悦耳，时不时还给我们讲道理、哲理和笑话，当感情达到高潮时，还来上一句“这不仅让我想起了我的大学时光……”然后双眼一闭，作自我陶醉状。看他那模样，我估计以前不想上大学的同学们现在也想上了。他给我们上课的另一个突出特点，就是他竟然纠正同学们清浊辅音的发音，这是我们平常上课连想也不敢想的，没想到今天在这里实现了，我自然又加深了对他的好感……

　　转眼间，下课铃响了，老师合上书本，头也不回地走了。我看看他的背影不禁发出感慨：噫！同汝者何人？

　　今天是英语比赛的复赛，我和爸爸早上早早的起床，然后出去吃早餐，我们到车站坐上车以后，我惊奇的发现我和聂泽坤做的竟然是同一班车！我们因为离得很远，所以路上没有说话。到了以后爸爸给我买了一瓶水就打出租车来到了我们比赛地点广电大厦，我们向保安人员问清了演播厅在哪儿，就去了，正好又碰上了聂泽坤，他正好也要进去，我觉得我们像有缘分一样。然后老师要开始点名了，因为姓名在电脑上，所以我就和聂泽坤一起看了看名单，发现乔尚卿（2班的一位同学）第一，聂泽坤第二我第三，我们还发现，指导教师应该都是于海洋（Ms yu）,乔尚卿的却被打成了丁海洋！我和聂泽坤都笑了起来。

　　开始点名了，我们在点名的'桌子前面站成两排，乔尚卿抽了34号，聂泽坤抽了33号，而我却抽了14号！我们离得太远了，就连不会的单词都不能互相问一下。比赛开始了我们来到一个大厅里，在里面按顺序坐好，开始抽纸条，上面写着单词，后面写着几个人表演，我抽了一个纸条上面写着：Look snake help a boy （4人）。一个工作人员就又找了3个人和我合作。我们编排的故事情节大体是这样的：一个男孩在森林里散步，忽然看见了一条蛇，有两个小女孩路过，救起了小男孩，杀死了那条蛇。我上台比赛的时候非常紧张，但是虽然心里紧张，表面上却看不出来，我相信在选手里面我是最放松的一个。最后经过好久的比赛，评出了成绩，我的成绩不太理想，不过还是得了一等奖，我惊喜的跳了起来，心里准备参加下一次比赛，但是后来工作人员的一句话泼了我一身冷水：特等奖的才有机会参加山东省的决赛！

　　唉~~我已经努力了，不过我相信我会在双语比赛中获得冠军，加油！
