　　3、语域恰当

　　所谓语域，就是对于不同的写信对象，需要使用恰当的语言。在这里，统一要求同学们用正式文体写。使用正式文体时，需要注意尽量不要使用表示命令的语气，例如表示命令的祈使句和must、should。还有尽量不要使用缩写。

　　信息完整指的是各类书信所包含的.信息要点要完整。当然书信的类型不同，所包含的信息要点也不同。所以就需要同学们总结好每类书信的写作思路以及语言表达。
