To begin with, I make good use of all available time. I usually study my English until 11 o’clock at night. Then, I make a record on new words with MP3 so that I can review new words on the way both from home to unit and from unit to home. Furthermore, the most important way is, I always make good notes in the class, and review carefully again and again after the class. Finally, I make some simulated composition through the way that translate English composition into Chinese then translate it into English and imitate it time and again.
It just as proverb goes “slow and steady wins the race”。 Eventually, I have a great progress in my learning English. Certainly, the progress is limited. So I still eager to attain some available advice from teacher and classmates.

Diligence is the first key factor to gence helps us remove ignorance,overcome difficulties,and enlighten our makes a fool wise,and a poor man tion is another factor to ever we do,we must love it and do it when we set our minds on the job,can we do it hermore,perseverance,or a strong will,is the last key to out a strong will,we are likely to give up when we meet some difficulties,let alone perform wonderful deeds.

Everyone can meet with all kinds of setbacks in life, but different people take different attitudes toward them. Pessimistic people will feel regretful，complain of others, and even give up working hard while optimistic people will calmly look for the causes, and then try to solve the problems. Therefore, we should keep active when faced with hardships or failures, because only in this way can we seize the opportunity to train ourselves for success.
Certainly，I also came across many setbacks in my study and life. For example, I failed in my math mid-exam last term. Knowing the result, I cried hard. But after that, I gathered myself up to analyze the situation and study harder. With all my efforts and the help of others, I finally became good at math and passed every exam with high marks.
In my opinion, setbacks are harsh teachers, but the lessons we learn from them can be invaluable in our life. When difficulties even setbacks come, we should be brave and stay optimistic. It is a good way to relieve the pain by turning to our trusted ones for comfort, see a funny movie, listen to music, or visit a beautiful place. After we calm down, maybe we can gain something out of this painful experience.
