In 1994， he was chosen to join the National Team. Working hard at his training and being strict with himself， he has won several championships in both national and world competitions.?
In his spare time， he likes listening to music and playing billiards. Now he is training harder to win more honors for our country， as well as for himself.

今天，可真是个令人紧张的日子啊。
早上，姚煜辰宣布下午要来抽背英语课本中的`一篇短文。大家一听，紧张得不得了。下课时，大家就马上看着英语短文，努力地背着。可是，我是越看越忘，越看越紧张，我心想：这下可得完蛋了。
下午，走进教室，她先抽背了几个同学，可那几个同学都不会背。这时，我的心跳不由地加快速度，目不转睛地盯着姚雨辰。与此同时，姚雨辰也用她那双明亮的眼睛不停地教室里巡视。这时的她仿佛就是一个可怕的魔鬼，在看哪个同学的肉更新鲜。我心里不停地念叨着：上天保佑，姚煜辰你可千万不要抽到我啊。这时，班长自告奋勇地站了起来，我看他是那么地紧张，脸涨得通红，说话也变得结巴了，刚背了第一句就忘了下一句，吭哧了一会儿又记起来了，很不顺畅，但总算过了关，这让姚煜辰那严肃的脸上露出了一丝阳光。终于，姚煜辰停止了搜寻，宣布暂停抽查。
啊！这真是让人害怕的抽查，下次，我一定要赶紧背出。
