I had a great time throughout my May Day Holiday.
On Thursday, we returned home with many gifts from our trip. I tried to get some rest. At night, I chatted with my classmates on the phone, and I watched CCTV before going to bed.
From Friday on, I started to finish up my homework assignments on my personal laptop. Some of my assignments were quite boring. After I finished the homework, I emailed them to my teachers. That was the end of it. I started to prepare things for school on this coming Monday.
All in all, I enjoyed my May Day Holiday in many ways.

记得是四年级暑假的一天，我正在家里玩游戏，突然妈妈对我说：“你这样也不是办法，毕竟暑假还有四十多天呢，不能总是在家待着玩游戏，走，咱们出去玩去。”我听了立刻服从，谁知出门后妈妈东拐西拐地把我带到了“监狱”。我一到那里，英语老师便开始讲课，刚才大概是在等我。老师面带笑容，时不时地把英语翻译成中文，让我们加深理解，有时也让我们自己把英语译成中文，渐渐地，我会了一点儿，也能把部分句子翻译成中文了。可是……我还是想出去，因为在这里简直是度日如年！正如一个笑话：一位老人，感觉自己生命将尽，可是还想多活些，于是便找了家英语辅导班听课，课上老师问他：“老先生，您那么大年纪为什么还来听课？”老人回答：“因为在这里度日如年！”这个笑话正好符合我此时此刻的'感觉。接下来的四十天，哦，不！是“四十年”，我每天都在辅导班里“受刑”。
唉！一想到这件事，我就烦恼，边烦恼边想：我绝不会再参加英语辅导班了！

同学们开始分别做自我介绍了，他们一个接一个走上讲台用英语流利的介绍着自己的家庭情况、兴趣和爱好。他们表现的棒极了。这时我多么希望老师快点念到我的名字呀。我的机会终于来了，我和潘月红开始表演话剧《做客》，我们用英语你一言我一语的对答如流。表演完了，台下爆发出雷鸣般的掌声。这时我想这一学期的努力终于得到了回报。就这样我们的表演进行着，一个个节目精彩纷呈。时间过的真快呀，不知不觉下课铃响了。老师说：“同学们表现的都很棒，希望下学期继续努力。”
我相信只要我努力学习，下学期一定会比这学期更棒！
