　　迎着早春的晨风，我蹦蹦跳跳地和大家一起，来到了位于校园西南角的英语角这个小花园。花园前赫然立着一块浪花状的牌子，上面醒目地写着几个红色字母:English corner。花园的门口栽了两棵菩提树，它们摇着长长的手臂，似乎对我们表示欢迎。往前走，就是一条小径。小径左边长了一棵柏树，右边则长了一棵八角刺。它们发出沙沙的声音，似乎在警告我们不许破坏绿化。我沿着小径，穿过小桥，来到了花园中心。

　　花园的东面长了几棵高大的玉兰花。玉兰花还是一个个花苞呢，外面毛茸茸的，像一个初生的小婴儿。花园的南面有两个喷水池，喷水池十分平静，只有鱼儿游泳的声音，偶尔，你还能看到它们呢。水池边上是一座堆砌精美的假山，假山由一些奇形怪状的石头堆砌而成，远看过去，就像一座城堡。假山的旁边，是一片幽静的`小竹林，里面长满了翠色欲滴的竹子，一阵风吹来，竹叶便沙沙作响，仿佛是女王在与密友窃窃私语。|||花园的西面开满了花朵。腊梅开得正旺，这儿一丛，那儿一簇，很不少。瞧，腊梅的花瓣纤细颀长，呈透明的淡黄色，层层花瓣包裹的中心，是嫩黄的花蕊，细闻，还有一股清香哩。腊梅的后边，还栽了几株含苞欲放的茶花，像一个个害羞的小姑娘。最外层则是一些广玉兰，它们挺着高大的身躯，像是在保护这边花园。花园的北面有一片绿莹莹的草地。草地上长了许多不知名的小花小草，其中就包括艾草。草地两侧栽着几棵香樟树，似乎是守护这片草地的绿主人。

More than thirteen million people live there. They do many different jobs. There are workers, doctors, nurses, teachers, engineers, artists and so on. Shanghai is also more beautiful than before. There are now many tall buildings and GREen areas. Shanghai is developing very fast. People there are living a happy life.

What makes matters worse, the general expense of doing things rises abruptly as a result of the fact that people don't want to help strangers. FinaUy, if this matter is not properly settled, it will pose a threat to national education.

　　It is high time that we called on the efforts from all sides to deal with this problem properly. For one thing, the government should make all efforts to create a harmonious social atmosphere.
