　　Is someone asked you how you can make yourself always happy, you will perhaps find it too difficult to give him proper answer. Do you remember the old saying of “No Human being can really be happy who is not giving or trying to give happiness to others?” If you only think of taking more from others and giving them less, you won't be able to have happiness in your life even though you are very rich.

　　If we follow the way, there will be end of many unhappy days of yours. So you should learn to give up your own interests when it is necessary to do so.

　　如果有人问你怎样才能时刻快乐，你可能会发现很难给他们一个明确的答案。你记得“不给别人快乐就永远不会快乐”的这句格言吗？如果你仅仅想到多得少予，那么尽管你很富有都不会感到快乐。

　　如果按这种方法行事，很多不快乐的日子都会悄然而逝。所以，你要学会在必要的时候舍弃自己的利益。
