　　一.开门时，一句礼貌的询问会赢得一个良好的第一印象。

　　2、向老师们问好，面带微笑，朝气蓬勃。

　　二.对话中

　　1、没听清或没听懂老师的问题？别担心，礼貌地向老师询问，老师们不会难为你的。

　　I beg your pardon. I don't understand your question.（请原谅，我不太了解你的问题）

　　2、老师们没听明白你的回答或者误解了你的意思，一定要表明是自己的失误，并及时补充。

　　Excuse me，I guess I don't make myself clear.（对不起，我想是我自己没有表达清楚）

　　My I try to say that in another way.（或许我能试着用另一种方式说）

　　3、得到了老师的夸奖可不要飘飘欲仙哦，也许这是老师对你的考验呢。

　　三.结束语

　　1、面试就是聊天，结束时一定要表达自己聊得很开心。向老师们表达感谢当然也是不可少的礼节。

　　模板一.是针对辞职考研的同学。首先介绍自己的毕业学校，毕业之后从事的工作。通过工作中的典型事件表达自己读研的决心和信心，以及自己对这个专业的认识。

　　I am very glad to be here for this interview. First let me introduce myself. My name is XX, 25 years old. I come from Weifang, a beautiful city of Shandong Province. I graduated from Commercial College in July, 2013 and major in finance. Then, I was a teacher in XX, When I was a senior school student, I was interested in thought and began to read a certain classic work of Marxism, especially I finished reading "the florilegium of 毛泽东". From then on, I have dabbled in more and more theoretical works and accumulated great interests in theory study, especially in Marxism.

　　I have a dream, a dream of my study. I wish devote my whole life and energy into the development of the Marxism. If I have the opportunity to study in XX University, I'll dabble in as much as document about the specialty as possible. If it is possible, I want to get the primary accomplishment in my major, at least, a stable basis.

　　Personally, for today's China, the first task to the development of Marxism is a process of construction. That's to say, we should understand Marxism mostly from the aspect of construction and development of social society. Only when our socialistic country has a more rapid and sustainable development than the capitalistic, we can enhance the attractiveness and persuasion of Marxism eventually.

　　虽然有突破口、也有规律可循，但这并不意味着我们可以一劳永逸、高枕无忧，要知道，想要精通世界上任何一门语言，除非有天生的语言天分，否则偷不得半分懒，只能勤勤恳恳反复练习。一遍不懂读两遍，默念不行就大声念出来，遇到不认识的单词就查，不懂的句子就静下心来拆分结构。总之，读书百遍、其义自现，英语学习之路上没有笨蛋，只有懒人。
