善于利用多媒体等多种手段辅助教学，使学生接触到的知识更立体、更直观、更生动。教师们利用视频、音乐、卡片等使学生的目光一直被吸引住，特别是老师们制作的'课件内容丰富、精彩，这也体现出在现代的教学中对老师提出的要求，熟练掌握多媒体设备的应用。对我印象最深的是河北保定的张伟红老师，张老师对多媒体的应用十分熟练，特别是自己精心制作的小视频，为此节课增色不少，可见做一名合格的教师，不仅要有过硬的专业知识，还要熟练运用现在的多媒体辅助手段。
二、教师们别具一格的教学设计
每一位教师的教学设计都新颖独特，增强了学生的学习兴趣，拓宽了学生的视野，再加上精美的课件，每一节课都给人赏心悦目的感觉。最让我欣赏的是老师们的拓展，从本节课的内容拓展到以后的学习乃至人生，不仅让学生学到了知识，还教会了学生做人做事的道理，真可谓是意味深长。
三、调动学生的积极性，让学生成为课堂的主人
通过听课，我发现每位教师充分调动了学生的积极性，通过各种各样特色鲜明的.活动，学生在活动中学习，在玩中学习。不仅参与性高，而且质量高。比如长沙的许世群老师，通过让学生表演课本剧，充分感受领略西方的节日――――万圣节，拉近了学生与异国文化的距离；新疆的李老师，通过让学生角色扮演，让学生身临其境的感受文本的内容，这些老师真正做到了让学生成为课堂的主人。
总之，通过这次的学习，收获颇丰，在以后自己的教学中，多吸收，多借鉴他人的优点，不断提高自己的教学水平。
