once upon a time. there was a house. beside the house there was a bird cage. one day a cat went to eat the bird, so the cat jumped and hit the bird cage. the bird cage fell down to the ground knocking the bird cages door open. the bird then flew away. so the cat started to chase the bird and the dog chased the cat. however the bird flew on top of the tree. so the cat started to climb the tree and the dog barked at the cat. before the cat could reach the bird, the bird flew away. this caused the cat to fall out of the tree. the dog then ran away, the bird quickly flew back into his cage and the man from the house carried him safely home.

Without question, Lisa is the person who has influenced my college life most. 幼儿园之前，爸爸总是抱着我坐在藤椅上阅读英语报纸或杂志，还不识字的我喜欢在报刊上指指点点，让爸爸大声念出每个英语字，指挥爸爸发出声音的游戏，让我乐在其中，渐渐地，换成我开始念出不同的英语字母，不管念对或念错，爸爸总是不厌其烦陪我玩，不知不觉，“玩”英语就变成我的最爱。看到爸爸可以聚精会神享受阅读英语的乐趣，让我也想要学好英语，想要和爸爸一样，自由自在的阅读英语。
一开始，爸爸念了很多儿童读物给我听，听完了故事，我会重新说一次给爸爸听；遇到不懂的字，爸爸会耐心为我讲解；有了爸爸的帮助，读书并没有我想象中的困难；然后我开始自己阅读进阶读物，自己漫游在书海里，一本接着一本，不停的探索新奇的世界。
在这个过程中，我遇到一些困难，第一个困难是听得懂英语却不知道如何正确拼字，于是，爸爸做了一堆字卡让我每天练习，慢慢推敲拼字的规则，我终于克服了拼字错误的难关；其次，我遇到的第二个困难是中文和英语的字义没办法连结，我很容易忘记英语单字的中文意思；关于这点，爸爸说：别着急，慢慢来；只要每天持续阅读，在阅读英语的同时也不要忽视对于中文的学习，等到中英语的'能力都娴熟了，这个难题就可以迎刃而解；因此，我按照爸爸的说明，每天大量阅读自己感兴趣的中英语书籍，让阅读变成一件享受的事。
