近日，教育部酝酿高考英语科目“一年多考”的话题成为社会关注的焦点，安徽省考试院相关负责人接受记者采访时表示，安徽省今年高考政策不会出现大的调整，也不会实行英语科目“一年多考”。
据介绍，英语“一年多考”的改革实际上已经酝酿了多年，早在20xx年7月，国家中长期教育改革和发展规划纲要就提出，探索有的科目一年多次考试的办法。
目前，浙江、天津、云南等省市已开始高考英语科目“一年多考”，大多是从听力、口语部分进行尝试。从各省试点情况看，大部分考生对于“一年多考”方式是比较支持认可的，因为高考英语听力考试受偶然的因素影响比较大，天气和周围环境都可能影响考试，实行“一年多考”可以减轻考生的心理压力。
安徽省20xx年考试录用公务员工作正式启动。记者昨日从省人社厅获悉，今年全省共计划招录公务员6850名，并首次参加全国联考，公共科目考试将使用国家公务员主管部门提供的试卷。另外，从今年开始，取消对少数民族考生照顾加分政策，至此我省已无加分群体。
计划招录6850名公务员
据介绍，全省共计划招录公务员6850名，其中省直部门(系统)1247名，包括司法监狱系统428名、地税系统156名、工商系统366名、质监系统131名;市县区直机关619名、参公单位419名;乡镇机关1786名;市以下政法系统2779名，包括法院582名、检察院421名、公安 1510名、司法184名、森林公安82名。
根据考试安排，本次招录3月15日至20日报名，4月13日、14日笔试，然后依次开展面试、体检、考察、审批等各个环节的工作，10月底前基本完成录用工作。具体公告将于今日发布，考生可上网查询。
有基层工作经历优势大
今年在招考政策方面，有些改进。比如，除特殊职位外，任何招录机关不得设置与职位要求无关的限制性条件，如身份、性别、学历性质、身体等。
此次还将提高从有基层工作经历人员中招录的比例，“省级机关除部分特殊职位外，全部用于招录具有2年以上基层工作经历的人员，市级机关用于招录具有 2年以上基层工作经历人员的比例不低于70%。用于定向招录‘服务基层项目’人员比例不低于总数的12%。”省人社厅有关负责人介绍说。
公共科目考试试卷有变
今年，我省公考笔试首次参加全国联考，公共科目将使用国家公务员主管部门提供的试卷，并实行“2+X”模式，所有考生均需参加《行政职业能力测试》和《申论》两门公共科目考试，其中《申论》按省市、县乡两级机关设置。有专业测试要求的考生还要分别参加计算机、法律、财会、公安业务、外语等相关《专业知识》考试，三科考试成绩合成比例为35%、35%、30%。
面试仍以结构化面试为主，少数省直单位和市级机关经批准继续试行无领导小组讨论面试。
取消少数民族加分政策
从今年开始，我省将取消对少数民族考生照顾加分政策，至此我省已无加分群体。在缩短考录周期方面也将作出调整，将体检、考察环节递补次数由“各不超过两次”变为“各不超过一次”。
据悉，招考将继续对市以下法院、检察院系统招录通过国家司法考试并取得法律职业资格人员在录用计划、开考比例、考试科目方面予以倾斜。
