　　——我们的英语老师

　　当我们的英语“亲妈”（乔老师）离开，您来到我们身边，为我们教授英语，却频频遭到同学们的排斥，排斥您所教授的英语，甚至转化为排斥——你。

　　也许您不知道，您不知道……

　　其实1405班的每个学生都知道，您是为了我们好，知道您所做的都是为了我们着想。但是，同学们往往一直抱着抵触的情绪来对待您。

　　同学们总是一直认为：您的教学方法没有乔老师的教学方法幽默。所以，您总是在课堂上增加许多的小故事，但同学们依然不为所动，觉得课堂上仍是干燥无味。

　　有时候，您讲的语法或是问题听不懂的时候，也没有人去问您，反而同学私下讨论的居多。虽然，乔老师说过我们不会的也可以问他，但是，有怎会有人去问一个已经逐渐陌生的人？

　　每次，见到乔老师不再说老师好，代替的只是默默走开，见到您，甚至更是想绕道走。虽然，我知道并不是您顶替了乔老师的位置，您也并不需要承受同学们的抵触，可是，终究理性还是被感性打败。

　　听说，那一次，同学们又把您气哭了，我好想去安慰一下您，但最终，我还是没有去，我不知道该怎么面对您。又听说，您把教案都放到乔老师办公桌上了，您准备不干了，虽然有些同学在暗自感叹，但大多数还都是没心没肺的开心，他们以为，您走了，乔老师就又回来了。

　　后来，同学们总是被乔老师三三两两叫去谈话，每每都有我被叫去，乔老师总是说让我们体谅一下您，还说他被调走也是工作的调动，总之就是让我们带动大家，不要再抱着抵触的情绪去学习英语。

　　后来，因为接近期末考试，您又继续带着我们学习英语，直至现在期末考试结束。

　　也许，现在大多数同学，还是不能够完全理解您，但是，只要有少数同学开始理解您，大多数同学们也都会开始理解您的。

　　从小学到初中都在学英语，教过我的英语老师也有好几个，但只有一个老师让我印象深刻——他就是许英茂老师。

　　许老师打扮得整齐、干净，挺帅气的。大部分时间都是穿西装，很少见他穿休闲装。

　　上课时，他要么踮起脚尖，要么双手放在肚子前。千万不要在他面前搞小动作，他的脸异常严肃，这只是轻微的；严重的话，保佑你不会给他罚死。

　　许老师要求严格，没有完成作业就去跑步，没有背书就不许吃饭（其实只是把你留到半个小时后就把你放走了），上课迟到就要站着上课，至于其他的处罚，像上下蹲、100个兔子、100个鸭子步、100个……许老师说：“你犯的次数越多，每次就越会往上増。”

　　我觉得这样挺好的，反正罚的又不是我，不过我也得小心了，否则下一个就可能是我自己。

　　想想上个学期，我一篇英语课文都没背，甚至连一个单词都没有认真记，现在他让我们把每个单元的'unit1、unit2都背下来，每个单元的单词都要背下来，还要听写，呃……这简直是……唉！不知道该怎么说，也只好乖乖认命背书吧。

　　但是我觉得这样挺好的。

　　许老师也许偏爱草书吧，他的字迹……就像几根线缠在一起，他写的板书有些看得懂，有些看不懂，但也只能硬着头皮上，不然，没有笔记交上去，他要找你去谈谈人生。
