据介绍，英语“一年多考”的改革实际上已经酝酿了多年，早在20xx年7月，国家中长期教育改革和发展规划纲要就提出，探索有的科目一年多次考试的办法。
目前，浙江、天津、云南等省市已开始高考英语科目“一年多考”，大多是从听力、口语部分进行尝试。从各省试点情况看，大部分考生对于“一年多考”方式是比较支持认可的，因为高考英语听力考试受偶然的因素影响比较大，天气和周围环境都可能影响考试，实行“一年多考”可以减轻考生的心理压力。

公告明确，全省共计划招录公务员6850名。一是省直部门（系统）1247名，其中，司法监狱系统428名、地税系统156名、工商系统366名、质监系统131名；二是市县区直机关619名，参公单位419名；三是乡镇机关1786名；四是市以下政法系统2779名，其中法院582名、检察院421名、公安1510名、司法184名、森林公安82名。
公告明确，今年在招考政策方面，有些改进。
在报考条件方面：1、除特殊职位外，任何招录机关不得设置与职位要求无关的限制性条件，如身份、性别、学历性质、身体等。2、提高从有基层工作经历人员中招录的比例。省级机关除部分特殊职位外，全部用于招录具有2年以上基层工作经历的人员，市级机关用于招录具有2年以上基层工作经历人员的比例不低于70%。用于定向招录“服务基层项目”人员比例不低于总数12%。乡镇（街道）机关职位除按规定比例用于招录“服务基层项目”人员外，主要用于招录应届毕业生。继续开展从优秀村干部中考录公务员工作。3、对职位的专业条件设置进行规范统一，明确参照《普通高等学校本科专业目录（20xx年）》，按照分级分类、从宽和便于操作的`原则设置。4、首次对国家级扶贫开发重点县艰苦边远地区乡镇职位，面向适应当地语言环境、生活习俗的本市生源报考，录用后签订3年内不得交流出本乡镇的协议，降低基层公务员流动预期，稳定艰苦边远地区的基层公务员队伍。
录用考试方面：1、笔试首次参加全国联考，公共科目使用国家公务员主管部门提供的试卷。2、实行“2+X”模式，所有考生均需参加《行政职业能力测试》和《申论》两门公共科目考试，其中，《申论》按省市、县乡两级机关设置，考试用书可选用《20xx年国家公务员考试一本通》，适用本次考试，教材可登录考试中心书店统一定购：http://www.edu-book.com/index.php?act=goods&cid=1。有专业测试要求的考生还分别参加计算机、法律、财会、公安业务、外语等相关《专业知识》考试，三科考试成绩合成比例为35%、35%、30%。3、在笔试结束后，对《行政职业能力测试》成绩和笔试总成绩两项划定最低合格分数线，对单科缺考或无成绩考生限制进入下一环节。4、面试仍以结构化面试为主，少数省直单位和市级机关经批准继续试行无领导小组讨论面试，并进一步推广和规范考官异地交流。其他政策方面：从今年开始，取消对少数民族考生照顾加分政策，至此我省无加分特殊群体。将体检、考察环节递补次数由“各不超过两次”变为“各不超过一次”，进一步缩短考录周期。继续对市以下法院、检察院系统招录通过国家司法考试并取得法律职业资格人员在录用计划、开考比例、考试科目方面予以倾斜。继续对农村特困人员和城市低保人员报考者减免笔试费用。
本次招录3月15至20日报名，4月13、14日笔试，尔后依次开展面试、体检、考察、审批等各个环节的工作，力争10月底前基本完成录用工作。
公告要求，各级公务员主管部门和招录机关要自觉接受纪检监察部门和社会各界的监督。对组织和参与招录工作的有关人员违反招录工作规定，要严肃处理，决不姑息。建立考生诚信档案，对违反考录纪律和违背诚信承诺的报考人员，视情节轻重，分别按有关规定给予取消考试资格、宣布考试成绩无效、取消录用资格、5年内不得报考公务员、终身不得报考公务员、通报所在学校或单位等。
